The lawmaker made the allegation during a live broadcast on Facebook on Tuesday morning.

According to her, “After marking my second year in office, I decided to take a short break, only to discover that my passport is being withheld again just like before. I have committed no offense, and there is no court order authorizing the seizure of my passport or restricting my movement.”

She further alleged that during a previous incident, an officer informed her that the passport was withheld on the instruction of Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
